What are the shipping costs?

Orders above €25 will be delivered for free within the Netherlands.

Can i track my order?

No, you can not track your order.

What happens after I place my order?

After you place an order, it will be neatly packed and processed at PostNL. PostNL then ensures that the package is properly delivered to you.

Until when can I return my purchased items?

You have 14 days to return the product, starting on the day of receipt of the product. The product can only be returned unused and, if possible, in original packaging. To return the order, the return costs are for your own account.

Can i exchange my purchased item for another item?

Unfortunately, you can not exchange your purchased items. It is not possible to exchange an article for another size of the same article. If you would like to receive another item / size, we advise you to return your purchase and to place a new order. When your return meets the conditions, we will refund your order.

How do I return my order?

You can return you order by filling in return form, which you can find here. Please re-use, if possible, the original packaging for return.

Will I receive an invoice of my order?

After you have placed an order, you will immediately receive an e-mail with the order confirmation. This e-mail is also your invoice and includes all details such as the order number, the ordered items and your details.
